As you can see, I am terribly excited because my wonderful fasting begins tomorrow morning, before sunrise :]
As far as food consumption/fasting goes I plan to:

- wake up at 4:45 a.m.
- drink a glass of chocolate soymilk, a glass of water, and eat an orange
- go back to sleep
- wake up at 8 and do whatever I may do all day long
- wait for the sun to set and drink a glass of V8, glass of water, and MAYBE an apple
- finally feel starved after too many days of bingeing
- wake up for the next month repeating this same eating schedule
What do you think?

I always wished I could fast for Ramadan.
Looks like a good plan... and sorry if this sounds stupid but i think it's awesome to believe in something that includes these periods when you can fast or "discipline your body" :D
Btw thanks for your comment on my post, i also think "One Hundred Years of Solitude" is an awesome book, i can't wait to finish reading it!

owie for the eyeball. that looks the same as the time i was in my car accident and burst a blood vessel in my eye. it was horrible. it didnt go away for a few weeks. and yes, i think disciplining yourself is good. because thats what you have to do anyway when you want to lose weight right? now you actually have a reason to do it and get on track!
